Q:  My Computer mistakes my GPS for a Mouse, causing the cursor to jump around the screen.  How can I fix this?

A:  This is a common problem as Windows sees the data and tries to match it to Hardware. The Computer needs to be configured to not to detect this data. Contact us for the solution.

Q:  I can't get a connection between my VMS and Computer. I have checked the leads and all are plugged in. What is wrong?

A:  This usually occurs running Capsat software on Windows 98 and newer Computers with ACPI functionality. The solution varies on the Operating System in use, contact us for the solution.
